sigh.. is there any way to reset my password for phpmyadmin?

The strange part about this whole thing is that my site was completely fine until yesterday morning.. so i dont know!

I dont have access to phpmyadmin.. I have an previous employee create the site a couple years ago. He no longer works with us and I dont have any way of retrieving that information

also i have a backup copy of my site before the issue happened. I ever, I am unsure as to how to upload it..

or how would I check that? I no longer have my login information for phpMyadmin so I am hoping this is not the method!

Unless there is a way to recover that information

can I FTP that?

Hope you can help out again. I was able to figure out how to get my locahost site working again based off of your links. However, my existing site https://4rmula.com/ will not let me log into wordpress admin. It redirects me to local host.

I just ran across this from reading through other peoples issues!! got my site on my localhost working correctly, now I am going to move it.. I will post again if I cannot figure it out!! Thanks
