Problem has been solved as it was a theme issue! I changed my theme and everything is working peachy! I LOVE THIS PLUGIN!

Thanks for your response as it was a theme issue! This issue has been resolved for me as I just had to change which theme I was using. Much love and thanks again!

Anyone find a solution to this? I have no idea how anyone has been able to use this plugin if it can even save the answers!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
I love everything about this plugin thus far other than the ANSWERS do not save! Hence, I can not use it.
