P.S.: When I opened the wp-config.php file with the editor and wanted to save it as “ANSI” – the editor showed that it is already an ANSI. I was a bit disappointed. I did it anyway and uploaded it new. AND: it worked!

I have got the same problem!

With Firefox everything works fine. But with IE 7 I cannot open post-new.php and also the file to edit posts.

In the German forum, nobody could help me with this problem!

I think it must be something with IE 7????

P.S. —- The famous 5-minutes!! I am trying to solve this and some other problems I had with 2.6 (categories disappeared, newgengallery did not work) since almost one week!!!!! ;-/

thank god. I found some guys who have the same problem.
I am not very good in computer things and asked in the German WP forum. No answer at all!

I hope you can find the error …. would help me a lot.
