Well thank you I think somebody remoted in and fish something as it all just came back instantaneously whatever happened I am grateful.
And now I already recovered the website from yesterday so I lost everything that was done today… Why is your software so terrible I honestly don’t get it you come out with an update every three days and it breaks something every three days!!!
So yes clicking on individual folders I did find them so here they are what the hell happened and how do I fix that that is this is ridiculous you guys come out with a new update every three days and it sucks…. I keep complaining you guys need to do a little bit more work and come out with one update once a month this is ridiculous so how do I fix this!!!!!
Again I’ve been an IT guy for 34 years telling me to click on a folder and look for something is as stupid as thing you could say I would try everything before I even got on the forms God!
This is an ongoing problem with your software,
Everything is gone I restored yesterday’s backup and it’s still not there I don’t know how far back I have to go and I’m losing everything that’s been done on the website!!!
The entire Hummingbird folder is gone nothing’s there this is the second time this has happened on two websites.
Why would I click on that folder there’s nothing under it the main Hummingbird folder with all the years is not even there again you guys don’t get it wow!!\
This is the second time this has happened I really need to know what’s going on I’m a senior IT guy and I handle about 30 websites for people and use your product this is totally unacceptable!

What a way to divert the issue wow great support I set up an account there I go there and it’s just a home page that doesn’t do me any good.
