Thanks BNG. Quick related question. We’ve changed all of our products to not use the ampersand, but have had a few orders since then still get stuck in the 3 step authentication. Our NMI processor shows the order info and customer info gets sent to their gateway, but there is no CC info and the order is stuck in ‘processing’. This is better than before, but obviously annoying losing sales to tech problems.
Is this perchance related to one of the upcoming fixes? Or if not, how do you suggest we troubleshoot this?
