I want to purchase the upgrade plugin, but the free version has a warning that the plugin has not been tested with the last 3 versions of wordpress and may not be supported.

Can you please provide assurance that the paid plugin is fully up to date and supported now and in the future? Just want to confirm because of the warning.

So is there some way I can salvage my .wpress file eg convert it to a wp export file? If there is no easy way to do it with wordpress, can you convert it for me?

In this way I can upload to my multi-site without the need to purchase your very expensive multi-site extension. I do not need your extension for any other purpose.

You say multi-site is too complex for your basic plugin. It seems bizarre that the standard wp export functionality works fine with multi-site, but your plugin requires a major expensive upgrade.

If you are going to invent your own file format to replace standard wp format, you should at least do the same basic stuff with your basic plugin.

I am stuck with a purchased .wpress website file that is useless to me. Because I bought it about 3 months ago (too many shiny objects to get anything done), the guarantee period is over and I cannot get a refund. The vendor says it must be your plugin that is causing the problem. Definitely an integrity issue there.

It occurred to me that I could buy your extension plugin, upload my files, and then get a refund because it is of no further value to me. Of course that would not be ethical, so I won’t.

I would appreciate any help you could provide to get around this problem.

Perhaps I did not make it clear. I cannot simply move the site. I cannot install the site from a .wpress file that I purchased as a dfy website.

It does not make sense that I could upload the .wpress file if I had a single wp installation, but cannot because I have a wp multi-site installation.

I just want to upload the single .wpress file to a single site. I am not looking for any multi-site functionality (for $200).
