I am just really disappointed with the support and number of issues and lack of support on the issues.

Would it be possible to open a support case on this topic?Hello, I wanted to follow-up again with regard to my last post to see if you could help us. People are complaining about the usability of our course on a phone and it would be great if you could help as you implied in your last note. I can also be reached by my contact email you have on file. My customer ID: 5680585, and my plugin ID: 5473. Thanks in advance for your help.
Sure,the page is technology-research-services.org/courses-page/learning-cryptocurrency
As mentioned, the theme is Nerve. Confirmed the use of the standard them and you are correct that the plugin is responsive with the default theme(twenty twenty one & twenty twenty two). Reverting to the default theme requires us to revamp our entire website for your plugin. We’d love to make this work with the Nerve theme we’ve invested our resources in.I am not using the standard theme. I am using a theme called Nerve. I would hope I don’t have to modify our website in order for the theme to work. Our website is https://www.technology-research-services.org. the website and theme in use is responsive, but our courses as mentioned most certainly are not. How do I connect with you to share the course page?
Hello,
This topic is tagged as resolved. However I don’t see a true resolve to the OP’s question regarding responsiveness. My LMS Masterstudy course is not responsive on mobile devices. I’m looking for guidance on how to make the course responsive on mobile devices. Is there a setting? Style sheet guidance? My primary WordPress site is responsive but the course page is not.
