Thanks Asif,
I did not modify the template; if nobody else is having this issue then it is probably something in my configuration of plugins/themes.
I will have time to dig into it later this week and will update any resolution I find in case it may help others.
Thanks kindly

Thanks again Patrick, I use Chrome inspector looking for styles and behaviors but better start looking at javascript loads too.
The current map is embedded until I can figure it out, but thanks loads for that tip and I will get digging.
Thanks Patrick, both for the prompt and complete reply.
Is there any chance you can tell me what you used to determine this so quickly?
If there is a tool I can get to troubleshoot better I would be really interested.
So far, even after disabling the Rocket Loader and the mailchimp plugins i still cannot load a map – and that is probably because there is yet another conflict to address in that reduced state.
Thanks again for your help.
Sorry, one last item that is important. The maps were loading perfectly before, and I cannot trace a change.
Thanks @davdramos for posting the script, I tried and it did not work on my site.
Has anyone else been able to figure this out?
If there is not another fix for this is changing themes the only option?
Something I noticed, i have the feature set to require admin approval, and although i manually created 4 accounts in WP 3 different accounts came from the registration form.
What I noticed is that WP says there are 4 approved accounts, but 0 pending – so the trigger to actually put the account into the pending state seems to be failing, and even though it let’s users login, WP still thinks they are not approved.
I don’t know if that information helps point to something that can be addressed, I don’t have the php skills to trace and correct it myself.

In reply to: GPL limitationsThanks,
I also reached out to Mark Jaquith about this and he replied with a link to the latest GPL versions FAQ.
Also, he mentioned like you, asechrest, that re-packaging without adhering to licensing is more the aim of the GPL.
Thanks again,
