Thanks for getting back to me. I dont know if he uses custom post but my guess would be that it does.

Shame as the WP content filter is good but I need something that will filter out user posted ads.

I would like to add a specific email address to each item which gets emailed when a purchase is made. This email address will be mailed in addition to the address set up in the WC config pages.

Is this possible ?

Seems to me there is a call for a plugin that allows the creation of short code in the admin page and then they can be used in the web pages to insert text or html. Maybe they could be stored in a table in the database.

I will have a go this weekend to create short codes with the info in the link you gave me. Thanks for that.
