I’m having my programmer get back to me about exactly how the script works. I’m fairly certain it uses xml-rpc protocol, but I could be wrong.
In the meantime, I ran a test and scheduled two posts to be published within about 5-10 minutes. They both published fine and were posted to FB and Twitter correctly.
I will let you know what I find out. Thanks.
The posts are across multiple domains, but I do agree with you. I’m not 100% sure to be honest how many posts I can send per day to FB.
The main issue is that none of the posts on the domain are being posted to FB or Twitter. It works perfectly when I manually post an article, but for some reason the plugin doesn’t seem to recognize new content being published using my script. RSS feed updates fine.
I’m under the assumption the plugin only recognizes new content after the publish button is used, but I could be wrong.
Is there some setting I missed to get the plugin to recognize the new content and post it accordingly?
Thanks

In reply to: [Mammoth .docx converter] Plugin Gets Stuck When Loading ArticleI just noticed what caused the issue. The two files in question were in .doc format vs .docx
I just assumed this plugin did both and didn’t pay attention to the file type extension.

In reply to: [Import Export Suite for CSV and XML Datafeed] Featured Image InquiryThey are not part of a multi-site network. I basically want to take all the content/images from one website (A) and transfer them to a new website (B).
The problem that I have is that when I import the csv into the new site (B) everything is imported correctly, however, the images are not hosted locally on my new site. The url of the image points back to the original website (A) instead. I rather not post the csv publicly. I will contact you at your website. Thanks.

In reply to: [Import Export Suite for CSV and XML Datafeed] Featured Image InquiryEverything looks fine.
The only issue that I don’t like is that all images imported from one website to another are shown on the new site as being Hotlinked.
It would be convenient if we were able to import the images into a new website and host images locally on that website.
Now I gotta go back and delete all the featured images.
Besides that minor issue the plugin is awesome

In reply to: Page cannot be accessedOk I figured out the solution finally. I changed the title of the page when I was editing it and FORGOT to update the link in the Menu section to reflect the changes. It works now.
Thanks for the help though.

In reply to: Robots ErrorApparently it had something to do with my hosting company not updating my robots file as fast I would have liked.
All I did was delete the old hosts file that was in the root directory of the public-_html folder and uploaded a new file within the root directory of the specific domain I was working on.
Thanks for reaching out to help. It’s good to see another Texan!
