@sbazzi @crmperks Hey! So I made a bit of progress I believe. I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin but this didn’t change anything. However, I found that if I use the Gravity form preview to send data to the spreadsheet it works fine. When we use the same form again on the actual site and we go through the Woo commerce checkout the data gets submitted twice into the spreadsheet. This makes me think the issue is related with woo commerce checkout somehow.

Do you have ideas?

@crmperks Thanks for getting back to me so quick – so I checked and there is no duplicate plugin

I know we have a way to export the data from woo commerce to QuickBooks though I am not sure if it is through custom code or another plugin. Do you think this could have something to do with it?

@crmperks I am currently using the free version – the is only 1 feed and 1 installation of the plugin on my site. Not too sure what the issue is.

I am not too familiar with the Primary Field feature nor was I able to find sufficient information on it either. Could you please explain it to me or where to find this setting?
