In reply to: [Pixel Cat - Conversion Pixel Manager] Code only appears when logged inOk I’m an idiot. I was searching the code for “conversion” since it was in the code comments but W3 was minifying the page code and stripping the comments. Duh. It was there the whole time but I didn’t recognize it without the comments. Sorry Kellen.
Nice plugin BTW.

In reply to: [Pixel Cat - Conversion Pixel Manager] Code only appears when logged inOk I did some testing. When browser cache is disabled in the W3 plugin, the code will display. Now the question is why? Still researching…

In reply to: [Pixel Cat - Conversion Pixel Manager] Code only appears when logged inHi Kellen. Thanks for the quick response.
I have already tried what you suggested. I completely cleared the W3 Total Cache cache. I also completely cleared Chrome & Safari (cache, cookies, data, etc). The code does not display unless I log into the site.
Same problem here. I’m not using multisite.
Manual method doesn’t help. I was already using manual but I tried disabling it and re-adding the UA code. No dice. Same warning.
What’s with all the updates recently? Frequent updates are nice but there’s such a thing as too frequent IMO.
Same result here.
Seems like the devs have been going bonkers with updates recently. Frequent updates are nice but there’s such a thing as too frequent IMO. Especially if they’re not fixing any critical (security holes, etc). I think they need to slowdown a bit, group fixes into bigger updates and test, test, test.
Working now.

In reply to: [Shadowbox JS] Shadowbox JS not working with get_the_content function.lynnpd – I’m not positive but I think that’s referring to the actual Shadowbox script files which were developed by someone other than the author of this plugin, hence the need to install them separately. After installing the SB JS plugin there should be a box with a link to download the “required dependencies” on the plugin settings page.
Or try Manual Minify instead of Auto and specify the CSS & JS files you want to minify using the Help wizard at the top of the Minify page.
Auto has never worked well for me and unless you’re willing to do thorough browser testing with every plugin & JS update, it’s risky IMO.
I agree. This would be awesome.

In reply to: [Shadowbox JS] Does it work with 3.5?Works for me although WP 3.5 now adds the “alt” attribute instead of “title” to inserted images. This breaks SB’s ability to add titles to the enlarged photo since it looks for the “title” attribute. Manually adding the title attribute works but it’s a very inconvenient fix.
I posted about this issue but no one has replied yet.
This sounds like more of a plugin problem rather than a WP 3.5 issue. Either with the SB plugin or a conflict with another plugin.
First I suggest checking the SB settings page in your WP install to make sure the SB files have been installed. Older versions of the SB plugin included these files by default. But recent versions required you to click a link to install the actual SB files. If you don’t click the link to install SB, then SB may not work even if an older version did because the path to the SB files changed at some point.
You also might try disabling, deleting and then reinstalling the SB plugin.

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] [Plugin: W3 Total Cache] GZIP working now?I’m paranoid because of past problems but I guess I’ll just trust that it’s working correctly now.
Thanks for your help.
