Rolling back the Elementor version to 3.23.3 is the only practical solution until the Elementor team show some interest in resolving this issue.
This was the last working version before they broke the zoom animation.
It’s working again for me now since rolling back to 3.23.3

This is ridiculous and has been going on for way too long now.
Please fix the zoom animation you broke on your last update.
It worked perfectly for years until you released this update.
Clients are now complaining about the complete mess of massive elements flying around the screen.
We have hundreds of client sites, each with multiple elements using the zoom effect.
You cannot seriously expect us to spend days, weeks, revisiting hundreds of client sites to fix this mess you yourselves created.
It’s your responsibility to either fix this plugin or at the very least roll it back to a functional version until you can rewrite the code correctly and actually test it before releasing it.
