In reply to: [Change Admin Email] Not working with 5.6Thanks for reporting this issue. As of today, if you cancel the “pending email” first, you should be able to change the site admin email permanently. The pending email is blocking the change. As a matter of fact, enough people have reported this issue: I’ll update the plugin with a new feature to cancel the pending emails automatically. I’ll get on it right away!

In reply to: [Change Admin Email] No longer worksHi rhoded! Thanks for your feedback. It does work on 5.5.1 [confirmed]. There is no “submit” button, so I’m not sure what you’re doing… maybe another plugin? The buttons available are “Test Email” and “Save Changes”. If you click the “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the screen, it should save. You MUST press the save button to effect a change.

In reply to: [Change Admin Email] Didn’t Work For Me!Hi Moshin! Thank you for your review, and I’m sorry for your experience. I resolve 100% of support tickets on my software. If you’ll give me some more information, I will fix it. You’re the first person to report this issue. Could you update [that may resolve it], then send me a screen shot of “Settings”>>”General”? Or perhaps the steps needed to reproduce the issue? I’d really appreciate it!

In reply to: [Change Admin Email] Admin EmailHi Gaatl, if you’re not RECEIVING emails, that is a different issue, this plugin won’t help. It won’t have anything to do with your WordPress installation. I would try three things:
1. First of all, you’re saying a customer is trying to send you an email, and you’re not receiving it. Send yourself an email from another account and see if your receiving account actually can receive emails. If your account can receive emails, then it’s the customer’s email that is the problem [maybe they forgot to press SEND or something].
2. If you can receive emails, the lost one may be in your ‘SPAM’ folder if you have one.
3. If you cannot receive emails, contact your email provider’s tech support.

In reply to: [Change Admin Email] Did not work for my localhostThanks for the feedback. If you contact me directly, I’d love to know what’s going on on your system. This is an experimental plugin, trying to roll back an active feature.
