@benhalsing I downgraded my contact form 7 to version 4.7 for a temporary fix while I’m waiting for their response.

Hi,

I’m referring to our issues listed below when i asked you “Any solution or idea of how we can fix the issues we are facing?”:

1. Slow submit of forms – takes 10+ seconds to submit. Is it possible to make it send Async? how can we do that?

2. Page reloads and scroll to top after submitting – is it possible to use ajax and how can we do this one?

and not this one = “Our client don’t want to update wordpress version and contact form 7 because of compatibility issues with other plugins that might come up that will display more issues. And we are using recaptcha v2.”

Does updating the plugins and wordpress to its latest version will solve our issues or not?

Hi. Thanks for answering. I just want to clarify something. You said it will create an order? Will the behavior still be the same? Will it bypass the cart, payment and will directly download the file without going the to the order page?
