OK, I tried a few other promo bars and the all do not display the bar at the top.
So it must be a problem with DIVI.
I will contact Elegant Themes about this.

OK. I also had the settings page missing. So I reinstalled the plugin.
Now it is working. Except the button text is always displaying what is in the settings.

I upgraded to version 3.1
-The function of expanding the text doesnot work anymore after I upgraded. It literally showed the shortcodes
– On the page I have a few read more buttons, only the first shows

Thanks for your reply. I had a look at mollie-forms. It has a lot of functionality. But:

In ‘doneren met mollie’ there is a field for amount and another for payment frequency.

In ‘mollie-forms’ it looks to me that one has to create a long list with all possible amounts with all possible payment frequencies. Because you have to choose from a list. That would not be practical for my purpose.

I see its in beta, so maybe this option could be added.
