In reply to: [WooCommerce Weight Based Shipping] Different shipping rates doesn't applyI don’t know what system/function marked my thread as “Resolved”. Since my problem is (now was) still persistent. I guess a function named it resolved, because I didn’t reply for a while ??
In the mean time I finally (as of today) solved my problem!
it turns out that my configurations in the plugin has been right all the time. My problem was that I’ve added the weight after setting up each product. This meant that I put in the weight for each product using the “Quick edit”-feature of Woo-commerce.So here’s the thing. The quick-edit feature enables you to enter a number containing a comma, like 3,5kg. When you add the weight by editing the product, instead of quick editing, you can’t input a number in the format 3,5 but only in the format 3.5. You actually get a warning telling you that in edit mode, but not in quick-edit mode…
Now that I’ve updated all my products weight to be use . instead of , as separator, the plugin works flawlessly ??
I think this can be quite important to point out. Maybe there’s other “dumb” people like me, using , insted of . ??
Over and out.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Weight Based Shipping] Different shipping rates doesn't applyGood evening Ouzoliny
I haven’t found a solution yet, as the last weeks have been covered by my university exams. But I plan on giving Dan admin-access to my site tomorrow, I’ll email you with the login credentials later Dan. I hope we can figure something out, as this seems to affect more people than just me ??Best regards

In reply to: [WooCommerce Weight Based Shipping] Different shipping rates doesn't applyHello Dan ??
I’m still struggling with the problem.. I’ve tried disabling all plugins except Woocommerce and your plugin, which didn’t change anything… I also tried uninstalling your plugin but still the same…No matter what I do, only the cheapest shipping fee is applied.
Could it have something to do with the following?
* I’m using a child-theme
* My WP-installation language is Danish
* The weight-classes for each product is specified with comma as separator (eg. 0,6kg)I hope you or somebody with the same problem is able to help me somehow, it is much appreciated. ??
Best regards
JoeAah, thank you very much, that solved my problem ??
oh, i see. Then i’ll have to learn CSS code first ??
one last question. Is there a chance for me to write my own text in the footer? – you know like the “place your footer content here” – but instead of that, something i make up myself?
thank you very very much, samfusion. Really nice to see that you could find it. I wouldn’t have guessed that myself… Thanks again! ??
