Hi James,
Apologies for the delay in responding to you.
I have reported this to our dev team as a bug and we are actively looking for a fix for this now.
Do you have a link I can share with our developers so we can better see the issue? Examples of data in your db column (demo / fake data please), chart type, and your query would be helpful too.
Note: You can also use our contact form to send information privately: https://www.wpbusinessintelligence.com/contact/

Would you mind taking a moment and leaving a review for our plugin here on WordPress?

In reply to: [WP Business Intelligence Lite] New Version: 3.1.3, New DeveloperJust released a new version with a bug fix for this issue. Please let me know how that works.
Note about Names and Captions:
Names are currently for your information only internally. They do not display with your charts and graphs nor do they appear in your tooltips. If you had WP Business Intelligence installed previously then all of your charts will be named (null). You can rename them to anything you wish.
Captions always display below your chart or graph. If you do not want a caption to display for your chart or graph please do not add one.
Since WP Business Intelligence uses shortcodes to display you can always use the Block Editor, Classic Editor, or page builder of your choice to add custom titles above your charts and graphs and text below them instead of using the caption feature.

In reply to: [WP Business Intelligence Lite] New Version: 3.1.3, New DeveloperHi Miquel, we have still not been able to replicate your error. However, we are still actively trying to determine what might be causing this so we can get a fix to you and your wonderful website.
This morning we launched 2 new versions with the second one being a bug fix for a problem we introduced. Please try and upgrade your plugin to v3.1.6 to see if that fixes your error.
You may also try contacting your webhost to see if they can find errors in your logs that might be due to a server setting.

In reply to: [WP Business Intelligence Lite] New Version: 3.1.3, New DeveloperWe have not been able to replicate this issue on WP Business Intelligence Lite inside of our test environment. Would you be able to take a quick screen recording video to better show me what is happening? You can use Loom or a similar service to record your screen and share a link to that recording: https://www.loom.com/

In reply to: [WP Business Intelligence Lite] New Version: 3.1.3, New DeveloperThis looks like an SQL error. If I understand correctly you are trying to display tables by using the page id in a dynamic query to automatically display the correct chart instead of creating an SQL query for each chart and displaying via separate short codes is that accurate? If so, this may have worked until our v3.1.3 when we udpated our underlying architecture to latest stable releases.
I will pass it on to my dev team and we will try and troubleshoot, but if you’re using the plugin outside of how it was built to be used (i.e. not querying a live database to generate one chart from the tables) you may run into problems.

In reply to: [WP Business Intelligence Lite] New Version: 3.1.3, New DeveloperWe just released a new version, the only real change is giving a few more chart types to the free version of the plugin. Please let me know if it deactivates on you again. We tested this in various configurations and haven’t been able to replicate the issue.
