Try to deactivate your plugins..

Via FTP rename “plugins” folder to “testfolder”
Then try to login in your WordPress admin
Then once you logged

Via FTP rename “testfolder” back to “plugins”

Its working ..on my end..

Try to delete image from the library to refresh the image. or upload different file name and test
