In reply to: [SharePress] Twitter Error 215 Bad Authentication dataHi Mustafa,
You probably need to make sure you have all of the correct permissions. The step by step apps setup instructions are here. If that doesn’t work, hit us up on the support widget on the site.

In reply to: [SharePress] Facebook ErrorHi vipatech,
Very, very sorry for the delayed response. We have a support widget in the plugin setup page that gives us much better notifications.
Have you updated to the latest version of the plugin? You may need to click the “Run Setup Again” button and reconnect.

In reply to: [SharePress] Multisite problemOh man Beatmasta, I’m so sorry about this. We watch our support queue from https://getsharepress.com more closely. And that support queue is also accessible through the plugin.
The error you are noticiing is because you have multiple og:url meta tags in your page. And that fails on facebook validation. The best fix, is disable the og:metadata that isn’t being set by SharePress. Otherwise you can uncheck the og:url checkbox in the SharePress settings page that if there aren’t any other that will take care of the issue.
IF that doesn’t work, send us a message through the support widget on the plugin setup page.

In reply to: [SharePress] Twitter settings "Success" but not sharing…Hey Jamie,
Sorry for the delay on this, we watch our support queue at from https://getsharepress.com more closely.
As for twitter, did the test post show up on twitter when you clicked the button? If so, its possible that your tweet is too long. This happens if the “Append link to post” https://cl.ly/image/0n1Q1u232Q05
Checkbox is checked. You can uncheck it and the url should still be shared to twitter. Try that, and let us know what happens, send us an email ??

In reply to: [SharePress] Updates failHi mihalisg,
There is now a checker in sharepress that checks to see if the open graph meta tags are being used properly.
This happened because there is more than one set of Open Graph Meta tags in the <head> of your page. These could be added either by your theme, or by another plugin.
The recommended fix is to disable those settings elsewhere (by modifying the configuration of other plugins or your theme), and letting SharePress be the open graph meta tag authority for your site. If this isn’t possible, you can uncheck the open graph checkboxes in SharePress’ settings. Usually (og:url) is all you need to uncheck.
You can test whether or not you’ve fixed the problem by analyzing your content with Facebook’s object debugger, here: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/
