I’m sorry but that would be a whole new plugin not based of this plugin at all.

Unfortunately i just don’t have the time to be creating a new plugin at the moment.

Mhmm I would speak to your host. Try deactivating the plugin it sounds like an issue with your server or someone is spamming you?

Thanks for getting in touch, I’m very sorry your customer is experiencing an issue with spam emails, there is some validation built in to ensure correct information in entered.
I wanted to stay away from captcha as I want to keep the form as simple as possible.
Are you able to forward me one of the spam emails they received so I can see if anything can be done to prevent it?

Hi,

This certainly would be possible however would require quite a bit of code to get working as it’s not how the plugin is designed to work as standard.
Is this something you are comfortable doing yourself if I point to which files need modifying or do you require help making the modifications?

Hi Will,

Have a look at callback_shortcode.php, it has the form in it at the bottom, you can modify this to show the form any way you want.

Shortcodes are not designed to work inside php files, they have to be put in posts/pages/widgets etc.

By the sounds of it your theme doesn’t allow you to use shortcodes in the header area of your site. Try having a look HERE as that should fix the problem you’re having.

I can’t see the plugin active on your site? Also the error you are receiving doesn’t sound like and error that would come from my plugin.

What page is the plugin on and at what point do you get the error?
