In reply to: [Jetpack Subscription Form] Changing placeholder textI’ve just found out “subscribe_placeholder” attribute can be used to customize the placeholder text. Thanks, I’ll close the ticket.
Thanks @bizanimesh for your help! I’ve just submitted a feature request. Hopefully it’ll be considered. Thank you.
Thanks, Animesh, for your help. Actually, I now know the reason, which is I didn’t opt in to use “Jetpack Comments”. To me, I don’t really like how we are (kind of) forced to activate Jetpack Comments in order to let people comment using Jetpack app. I still want to use the default WordPress comment form on my desktop/mobile website, because I have no control over CSS used for Jetpack Comments.
Sharing a screenshot of my Jetpack app: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/3ywmh9v50qeuw2ra27u6i/IMG_3826.jpg?rlkey=265b5fc57jrcgfwxn6l8crvfv&dl=0
I see, thank you for your response. Then, hopefully in the future, we’ll be given an option to choose font-family, as the current default doesn’t suit the style of my website. Thank you for your consideration.
Hi @lastsplash, sorry once again, now
sitemap.xml
page is appearing fine. Thank you, and I’ll close the ticket.Hi @lastsplash again, so, now the redirect to
sitemap_index.xml
has been removed by the hosting company. But,sitemap.xml
page is showing 404 (no sitemap generated). Any solution for this? Thank you again.Hi @lastsplash, thanks for your help. Contacted the hosting company, but they say they don’t use .htaccess (because of NGINX). They couldn’t find the cause, either. FYI, prior to using Jetpack for sitemap generation, I was using Yoast for it (now deactivated and deleted). I wonder if it’s Yoast that is a culprit here. Anyway, I have no idea. Let me know if there is any possible solution. Thank you.
Hi Harshad, I can confirm that this is working fine now. Thanks!
Thanks Harshad. I’ve just wiped the settings. Will see if this fixes the issue. Thank you.
Hi Sybre, thank you for kindly checking this for me! Yes, removed the said plugin and I was able to upload the logo successfully. Thank you so much. ??
Thank you for your prompt response. I do use a caching plugin. Deactivated and tried again, but still didn’t work. I’ve just submitted my site health info via your contact page. Thank you so much for checking this for me.
Hi Marc, noted, thank you for letting me know!

In reply to: [Enhanced Media Library] EML Breaks Upload MediaI didn’t even know this issue, as I always upload images using “Media” –> “Add New” route. In the meantime, I’ll still keep this plugin although it hasn’t been updated for long. Any alternative that works in a similar way?
