In reply to: [Amazon Associates Link Builder] Not work on WP 4.7.2I found that this also will not work with ckeditor. When I read this thread I deactivated that plugin, and started getting returns with the default editor.

In reply to: RSS TroubleBy the way, that “18829838” file is in the root/root alongside my radiocontroltoysblog.com file, not inside it.

In reply to: RSS TroubleI did that. My Permalinks is under options. I’m using version 2.3.3.
When I updated the permalinks, I got a message stating I should update my .htaccess. When I went to Manage->Files->.htaccess(for rewrite rules), I get a message stating, “Oops, no such file exists! Double check the name and try again, merci.”
Checking my server I see a .htaccess under my root file radiocontroltoysblog.com. That’s where all my WordPress files for this blog reside.
However, when I went to the .htaccess (for rewrite rules) in my dashboard I appear to have created a new file at my server titled, “18829838” and inside that is the sub-file “incoming.” Nothing inside that.
When I open up the folder “18829838” I get a “create .htaccess” table, but when I try to create, nothing happens.
My server uses HSphere instead of CPanel.

In reply to: RSS TroubleMy RSS doesn’t work either. I’ve tried deactivating the plugins and using the default theme.
I’m using IE and when I try the link in the address bar I get, “Internet Explorer does not support feeds with DTDs.”
When I try the footer link I get, “404 Error – Not Found
The resource you have requested could not be found on the server. There are many possible reasons for this. Either the file does not exist, there is an error in your request, or the file is not accessible in the requested directory. Please verify that:You have used the proper case; requests ARE case-sensitive!
You have entered the URL correctly. (i.e. proper directory/filename)
You used the FULL URL. (i.e. proper file type: .html, .gif , .jpg, etc.)
You use a tilde (~) before user directories. (i.e. https://www.furcen.org/~jurann/ )
The user/file still exists on this server. “Both footer links give me the same error.
I’ve gone through my wp-config and rss files to get rid of blank lines with no luck.
Any ideas?
