It has been more than a month and problem still unresolved. Zoom integration still do not work. There was an instance when a Bookly Support claimed that the issue has been resolved when it is not. And when we follow up that it is not, there was no response for a while and after some time another Bookly Support took over. This Bookly Support seems to take on the issue and request for time to look at the problem but after some time she just stop responding again and disappears. The previous Bookly Support who claimed that the issue was resolved came back again but this time round says the same issue is not due to Bookly but it is Zoom’s issue. The support person working on the issue keeps changing and every time they change, it is almost like starting from scratch, explaining the same issue and the support will work through almost the same steps to trouble shoot with different conclusion/ resolution and this will repeat every time the Bookly Support person changes. I managed to get Zoom developers to look at the issue which they suggested a virtual meeting with Bookly and my website developers to work together to resolve the integration issue but it seem like Bookly Support does not want to participate as they refused to response to the request twice. Will continue to feedback on the progress.
Yes have been waiting for Dimitry’s reply for 4 days now and problem still not resolved…
Can I like to know if Bookly even work with Zoom?
Dimtry requested us to contact Zoom with the below error code after trying to resolve the problem with his own zoom account which also did not work. I mean if his account is having the same error as my account, it should not be a Zoom problem but either Bookly or the plugin to my website?
