As we’ve not had reports of anything like this before we think your site must have some sort of conflict going on stopping the JavaScript from working.

Please could you go to the developer console and then press dismiss again and send us a screenshot of what the developer console says is happening? (see

Hopefully then we’ll be able to fix this for you and anyone else ASAP.

Thanks for not objecting to the premium notice per se. We rely on a few people buying premium in order to pay the rent and keep adding new features (and fixing any bugs like this!)

Hi – The reason is the website was down with a faulty plugin update which broke the site. It happened to be exactly when you were trying it.

It’s all working again now and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Glad you like UpdraftCentral.

We have three versions – this free self install version, a Premium self-install and a Cloud version.

There’s no limit on number of sites controlled with this free self-install version.

The Premium self-install version again isn’t limited by numbers of sites. But the product will have an increasing number of premium features. At the moment it has remote user management and premium support – but we have many more planned.

The Cloud version is the same as Premium, but hosted and maintained on https://www.updraftplus.com. There’s a limit of 5 free sites on that.

Of course, there’s lots of features in UpdraftPlus Premium that can be controlled from and UDC version.

Yes – you should be able to do this with the free plugin.

With the $30 Migrator addon you can do it directly and even more easily, particularly when changing the domain name. But in your case, this isn’t essential.

Any problems, please ask in the free support forum which is check daily rather than the feedback forum which isn’t. If it works well and you like it, please give us a 5* review ??
