I can no longer find the solution (my bad). Can you please tell me again 1) how to delete “Leave a reply” on individual pages and 2) how to set the theme options so it won’t appear on all pages? Thanks.

Aloha and thanks so much, “esmi”. You are quite the theme diva indeed! I have a lot of pages to fix but your fix works and I am grateful. Wonder why the author didn’t include this in his complete list of theme options.
