Could you please do the following:

Disable all other plugins, use a default WordPress theme (like TwentyFifteen). Does the problem still exist? If it does not still exist. Try enabling everything again one by one, testing for the problem every time, to see if you can find what is conflicting.

If that doesn’t work, please provide the following:

Version of Client Dash you are using
Version of WordPress you are using
Version of PHP you are using (if you can find this)
List of active plugins
The active theme
Is the site a multi-site

This is a great point! We do have plans to add toolbar customization abilities in the future, but for right now it is not available unfortunately.

It’s also worth noting that this seems to happen only when submitting a gravity form that re-loads the page for the confirmation, and these forms are submitted from the single event pages
