1. Regarding: Is it possible to limit the number of campaigns displayed in Checkout Upsells?
Currently, our plugin doesn’t have this functionality to limit the number of campaigns displayed in Checkout Upsells.But, we greatly appreciate your feedback.
Your input has been included in our list of customer feedback. If there are similar requests, our development team will aim to incorporate this feature in upcoming releases.

2. Regarding: I also noticed that the word OFFER cannot be changed/translated

For your first query, since version 1.2 of our plugin, trailing zeros after decimal points in fixed discount prices are removed by default.
For example, $10.00 will be displayed as $10. And on your site, the price shows as 2 because your site doesn’t display the currency symbol and you have set the fixed discount to 2.
In this case, if you want to show the price as 2,00 instead of 2, use the following snippet: https://gist.github.com/AnanthFlycart/1e77eea692cc7063b963805c76bf5c69.

It sounds like you might be trying to hide products in the checkout that are already in your cart. If that’s the case, you can activate the “Smart upsell products display” feature.
To do this, navigate to the settings page, select ‘campaigns’, and enable the “Smart upsell products display.

Or, if you’re looking to remove the offer on the checkout page when the Upsell offer is added to the checkout page.

The dynamic string that one you have trying to translate might not be included in the translation plugin by default.
So you need to add dynamic strings to the translation table and try to translate.

The issue you mentioned with template 3 for the “frequently bought together” feature on variable products has been fixed.
