a bit confused why doing an update to version 1.3 would suddenly cause this.

that seems to have fixed one of the errors, but not both:

Please do report it. It’s a really frustrating error, as many of my Google links are based on tag references and they are not working. Costing lots of clicks!

I’m using 3.2.1

Having the same problem since the upgrade – our site won’t respond to any tag searches either from the search engine or from within the site. Please advise!
