No, it’s not that. The stock IS reducing for Processing and On-Hold orders. What I am looking for is a way to view total stock quantity that is IN Processing/On-Hold status, as distinct from stock quantity physically available.
The reason for this is that all Processing/On-Hold orders are still physically present in our inventory until the order is shipped out and completed. So if doing a stock-check when there are pending orders, the WooCommerce stock quantities are inaccurate. I need to be able to see the quantity of ‘Processing/On-hold’ stock AS WELL as the standard WooCommerce stock quantities, in order to be able to calculate total physical inventory.
