Its a local installation of WordPress.

I’ve just installed the plugin on an online site and am having similar problems:

https://dev.joefylan.co.uk/

This page is the only one set to show the coming soon page:
https://dev.joefylan.co.uk/hello-world/

But if you go to some of the other posts or pages, such as ‘about’ you see the coming soon page.

Any ideas?

When I added it to the plugin it pulled in what looks like all the posts from that website.

I tried adding feed/ to the end of the URL but it didn’t validate.
