the “my weblog” is the page title and shows up on the top of the browser window itself. You set this in site admin on the main page in the options tab (first item).

Yeah, I dont think the category can be deleted (easily), but what I was saying, if you dont plan on using more than one category, you can remove the “categories” section from sidebar.php and the “filed under” label on the main pages.

^^ mmoncur said he has pingbacks turned off though, so your plugin wont work. I tried installing it yesterday and it hasn’t seemed to help me either. Still an ultra long delay.

Only suggestions would to be to change the title of the page to something better than “my weblog” and if every post’s category is gonna be “n/a”, maybe you should remove the section for categories in the sidebar?

Yeah, I think you’re right about the size — for now….. Will see what my visitors typically use, if I need more space I can move some of that stuff into individual pages via button bar up top.

Nav bar will come as I need it.. Dont really need it yet I dont think.. I dunno tho. Was also playing around with a 3 column thing last nite (another sidebar on left) and targeting it more toward 1024*768.

Well looking at your thread history, it doesn’t look like you contribute to anyone elses requests for site reviews either? Why would you expect it in return?

Looks nice. I would get rid of the header text and photoshop your site name directly into the header graphic instead though. And change the color of it or move it a bit of course.

The bg reminds me of a bad throw pillow, but I like the rest ??
