In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Stripe settings not updated after modification due to cacheHi @qtwrk,
Thank you for your reply.
I have just sent you the report as requested.
Regarding the object cache: yes, it was enabled. Do you mean I have to disable it all the time or just when I edit the Stripe settings?
Looking forward to your reply.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Issues with the latest version 8.4.0Hi @ckadenge,
Thank you for your quick reply.
You are right, it is caused by the cache plugin I’m using (LiteSpeed Cache).
I wasn’t expecting this behavior from the cache. Normally, cache plugins work on the front office side, not on the back office side.
Do you know how to prevent this from happening (meaning being able to update the Stripe setting while using a cache plugin) ?
Looking forward to your reply. Thank you in advance.

Hi @rsouzaam,
Thank you for your reply. I will try this when I will have time.
And I will get back to you if the issues persists.
Have a nice day!
Hello,
As previously noted, upon being redirected to the homepage, you can regain access to your website’s backend and proceed to WPvivid Cloud Storage to finalize the authentication process.
=> When I get redirected to the home page of the website (and not the admin panel), then I get back the plugin settings to continue the configuration, it shows the button I already used to connect Google Drive. It is an infinite loop like this.
Should you opt to modify the login URL through a plugin, authenticating Google Drive will result in redirection to the homepage. In such instances, it is advisable to temporarily deactivate the plugin, complete the authentication, and then reactivate it thereafter.
=> I didin’t modify anything. I only tried to connect using the plugin WPVivid. If I disable the plugin WPVivid, then how I will be able to use ?
My apologies if I don’t understand. It would have been better to be able to share images here.
Hello,
Thank you for your message.
My fix is just a workaround, I was able to do it because I made use of the browser dev tools. But for a person who does not know what is “browser dev tools”, it is still an issue. Normally, there shouldn’t be a redirection to website home page after Google Drive authentication.
In my humble opinion, this deserves an investigation.
My best regards,
Have a nice day!
UPDATE: I managed to make it work with a workaround. I retrieved the URL executed after the Google Drive authentication (using the browser dev tool), which is:
https://<website-domain.com>/wp-admin/admin.php?page=WPvivid&action=wpvivid_google_drive_finish_auth&main_tab=storage&sub_tab=googledrive&sub_page=storage_account_google_drive&auth_id=wpvivid-auth-<xxxxxxx>
Then I paste it directly in the browser, this time I got redirected to the correct page (WPVivid remote storage), and I finished the setup.
I don’t use a redirection or a security plugin.
Hope this helps to get closer to the answer!

In reply to: [Greenshift - animation and page builder blocks] Full page slider tutorialHello @rankmathteam,
Thank you for your message and support.
I will keep you updated!
Have a great day!
Hello @rankmathteam,
Thank you for your reply.
- Thank you for the clarification. At least now I know what is expected. But for now, in my case, the “update” button is now enabled all the time, with and without having the Rankmath plugin enabled. I don’t know what went wrong, but it is not causing a problem, so I won’t stay on this subject. I will see how things go in the future.
- Yes, noted.
- Thank you, now I know where I have to check it. And to answer you: now there is no error when selecting a page for the HTML sitemap, and I can find the page after typing 3 characters. But at the beginning, I was not able to find any page, and the list is always empty. I don’t know what happened, but now it works. I can only say that I noticed these changes after following the troubleshooting steps. Maybe this has changed something in the background. Maybe there is a stability issue.
Thank again for your help.
Have a great day!
My best regards,
Hello @rankmathteam,
Thank you for your reply.
- I confirm that I do not use a role manager plugin. Also, just for your info: now the update button is always enabled even after submitting the change. Now I lost track of what is happening, and I will need to troubleshoot again.
- Regarding the 404 issue, I have already reported the issue to the Stackable team, and I’m waiting for a reply. I will let you know if I find more info about it.
- Thank you for the explanation. Knowing that HTML sitemap is now working, when I visit the HTML sitemap page, I don’t find the wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=rank_math_search_pages&term= request in the network tab of the Chrome dev tools. Also, there are no errors neither in the console nor in the network tab. Where can I find the request URL?
- Thank you. I had to enable the “Role manager” module, then disabled the “On-Page Analysis” option.
- Thank you, it works.
Looking forward to your reply. Thank you in advance.
