Yes, cookies are on. In fact, the example switcher on Alex’s site works fine.
I had the switcher working fine with 1.0 on the same server and no PHP settings have been changed.

It’s one of my hosting client’s blogs, so I’m not sure if they would want me publishing the link(not sure why they would mind either, but better safe…)
I have already tried just replacing the line. All styles in the wp-style folder are listed on the main index page with links “https://www.site.com/blog/index.php?wpstyle=blue”, etc. However, clicking on any of the links just results in wp-default being loaded.
I’ve also tried installing the hack the “old way”, using my-hacks.php as with 1.0, but I had the same problem. That’s why I thought that maybe the style sheet is being called differently in 1.2.

Sorry about that, zach. I just moved to a new server and I was shuffling a few things around. Files are back up now.

Thanks, that looks like a great hack, but to quote one poster in that thread “Hopefully this can get vetted into 1.2 before release. Hate to hack the upload.php each time for such an obvious feature…”
I would also hate to have to add this hack every time I upgrade since I do it almost daily ??

Just wanted to say that I agree with shelleycat’s post above 100%. That’s always bugged me about WordPress’ upload function. You can create a thumbnail, but then you have to manually type out the link if you actually want to use the thumbnail. It would be nice to have this auto-created.

My trackbacks are working, but not pingbacks. However, since I’m testing between two WordPress blogs, I’m not sure whether it’s SENDING or RECEIVING pingbacks that is broken… ???

Oops, I use RAR so much that I sometimes forget that ZIP is still the “web standard” ??

Unisys’ Gif worldwide patent expires July 7th, 2004 and GIF support will likely be added back to GD shortly thereafter! So, we won’t have to wait much longer

Lilandra: Yes it works great in Mozilla(that’s the browser I use most of the time). I didn’t want to contribute to Microsoft’s evil empire by using yet another IE-only wysiwyg interface ??
Anonymous: Are you using an old version of Mozilla? I just now tested this in Mozilla Firebird 0.7 and it worked fine.
