I’ve submitted a ticket on this issue. Not resolved yet.

I should add that I have deactivated plugins and used a different theme to eliminate the possibility of compatibility issues.

I deactivated my other plugins and then it activated fine, so it must have been an issue with plugins not playing along. Thanks.

Found the problem.

I figured out that the permalink was the issue. Nevermind, please delete. Thanks!
