Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: Developing a new theme from Twenty TwelveI’ve deactivated literally all plugins but no use. I’ve since found out that this is an issue ocurring in all my themes, not specific to the TwentyTwelve theme. I built it locally, uploaded it to a server when it was complete, and now I’ve downloaded it again to fix the mobile issue. I might try a clean WP install incase there’s some funny business with moving it around etc.
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Twenty Twelve / Remove "This entry was posted in…"Hi tvguy2000,
I had the exact same problem and I couldn’t figure it out either, I think I did it the “ass-about” way, but I opened my functions.php file, found the function name, removed all the content within the function and left it blank. So the function name is still being called to wherever, but instead of passing the date and category name etc, it passes “nothing”. I’ve also used display: none; on the elements as a fall-back. It’s not ideal, but it prevents the CSS being manipulated and then allowing the person to place a comment etc.
can anyone tell me what was in this folder?
PS – I found the section that allows me to choose where to show it, but when I select hide for ‘posts’ it does not remove it from my posts and when I select hide for ‘Pages’ it removes it from pages AND posts
Hi Mark, I am having a similar problem with this plugin. I have the latest version of wordpress operating nextgen gallery and using the optimiser. It works great on all my pages, except the home page! The home page puts all the thumbnails into a single column, where as all other pages keep the grid layout. Is this a known bug?
Also I tried referncing my own theme and that did not help either
