For that, I would use the excellent FormAssembly app – you can embed your FormAssembly forms into WordPress too. You need Premier version of FA to do prefill from Salesforce.

The standard Web-To-Lead functionality will not work with PropertyBase because PropertyBase does not use the standard Salesforce Leads object. You will be able to set up something with the API to create records in the Contact Browser directly, but there is standard Web Integrations provided by PropertyBase, so have a look at those first rather than reinventing the wheel.

Once they have read it once, then it may not be needed by that person again, unless they get stuck, so just a hint at the top of the page that there is a note there, would be good.

It would then allow me to have large notes, without talking up the whole post screen.
