Hello I also have same problem
I build a new site few days ago and found Export and Import Product are disappear form Product,
I can just import product from Tools but can’t Export product as CSV anymore…
I already tried temporarily switch your theme to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce, but still not improve this problem…
