If anyone can help please, my business site has been down now for 3 weeks, my vendors are still unable to get in, if I can’t get help soon I am unsure of what to do. This is the only way that is instructed for me to get help by the plugins from WCFM because they are not paid plugins.
I am unsure if it was an update that caused an incompatibility problem or what but I am going to try uninstalling them and reinstalling them as a last resort and hopefully it will work. I am afraid of losing my vendors data which is why I haven’t done this until now.
If this doesn’t work then I will have to try another plugin for multivendor to see if it has the same problem, I just didn’t want to have two plugins installed at the same time for the same purpose, even if one is deactivated.
Please help, any information is helpful and can help others who may be experiencing the same issue.
Thank you
ok have site frontend doing fine but the backend of wcfm is not showing products or vendors
This comes up when page is loading:
DataTables warning: table id=wcfm-products – Invalid JSON response. For more information about this error, please see https://datatables.net/tn/1
I have gone to the data tables site and followed the instruction. But as I do not know what to look for this does not help me, I can find the data tables ajax stuff but have no clue as to what to do with it.
These are the 2 that show up after following the instructions:
admin-ajax.php 200 xhr jquery.min.js?ver=3.7.1:23.7?kB1.41?s
?wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments 200 xhr jquery.min.js?ver=3.7.1:22.0?kB704?ms
Please help me figure this out, it was working then this happened the error/warning showed up today and the backend I found when I was looking over the site because of the error/warning on the Homepage. However, this warning shows on the backend dashboard and the wp admin dashboard too.
At this point I am lost.
It is not the theme, and I have done a health check troubleshoot disable and enabling the plugins.
My only thought is that it was an auto update from one of them or WP and I am unsure of how to fix, but again this is just my guess.
Please help

In reply to: Getting “Warning: Undefined array key “accepted_args” in ….”previous warning is now gone, after disabling the jetpack, jetpack boost, and JetWidgets for Elementor and WooCommerce plugins
site frontend is back to normal but the backend is still having issues
now this is coming up should I reinstall the wcfm (worried it will wipe my vendors info and product information)

In reply to: Getting “Warning: Undefined array key “accepted_args” in ….”Thank you, not sure where to find the wp_debug so not messing with it. Installed the Health Check
Other issues are that since the error message showed up, my multivendor wcfm dashboard is not showing products or vendors but they are still showing in the woo commerce products and in the user section on wp. My home page is not showing any of the carousels or images, in fact most of it is not showing. I am using Astra as the theme, could it be an update issue?
Everything was fine and I did not change anything, only let the auto update on everything then this happened. I just need to figure out the conflict quickly but for it to effect my home page and my backend dashboard for my wcfm plugin? Could this be a theme issue or a plugin conflict from an update? Do I contact WP or WCFM? Is it a host issue? If I can narrow down who to contact so I can place my inquiry to the correct team this would help a lot. Hopefully this can get resolved quickly
Thank you for any help you can give

OK, figured out the “Add to Cart” button issue, but still have page missing, is there a shortcode I can use? And now the extra fields I added on the product page are showing the title but the added info that you input is not showing. Can someone help with that too?

I have narrowed the problems (no add to cart button and missing page) down to WCFM, the frontend manager does not cause the conflict with the “add to cart” button it is the multi-vendor addon plugin, when I install that one the button disappears from my product page. The other issue is no vendor storefront page, my hosting site took a look and said from what they could see, it is missing, so why is it missing, how did it get erased? Is there a shortcode that I could put in for this? and why does the “add to cart” button disappear when the multivendor plugin gets activated? How can I fix these issues? Is there any codes I can add in code snippets or shortcode that will fix these issues?
