?? i’m 100% sure i am in the correct analytics account.

I use the same UA tag with the monster insight plugin. When i check the realtime analytics, i can see that i am an active visitor but the events on the form are not recorded.

Hmm strange, because i have used it before on cloudways and didn’t have any issues before. But at least now i know what direction to look at.

I just transferred everything from dev to live and everything worked perfectly again… not sure what changed but for now i don’t need anymore support ??

Sorry i should have been more specific.

For me it works on my desktop but not on mobile. I did give permission to chrome to share my location details but it shows the default location.

In firefox it does show the current location but also the default location. I will do some more testing on different devices and get back to you!

I had the exact same problem after an autoupdate (i think), removing those lines fixed it. Not to happy about it!

u can still find the shortcode by using the code inspector, (right click on the title – > code inspector or something similar )

you’ll see something like:
<li id=”smk_sidebar_3x5j” class=”control-section accordion-section”>

you can use the id in your shortcode

seems to be standard behavior, i think the author wants us to use the conditions to determine where to display a certain sidebar.

You can still find the short code by using a code inspector.
you will see something like this <li id="smk_sidebar_3x5j" class="control-section accordion-section">
