I haven’t contacted my hosting yet.

I did what you said and desactivated my plugins and changed theme to default, however the problem still occurs.

I notice that when I lose connection with this website i also lose connection with my other website hosted in my server.

I mean in the bottom of the page.

Don’t you see any ad there?

The pop up doesn’t show all the time. Didn’t you see the ad in the button of the page?
