I managed to exclude the page from cache and it appears to now be working. Obviously just took a while for cache everywhere to clear! Thanks for help.

I have deactivated all plugins and there isn’t a conflict. Nothing has changed on the website, no updates and now it is not working. I have tried adding [raw]around the shortcode[/raw] but that doesn’t resolve it and your website is off-line for support. The ‘Add Album’ link in the menu has gone and the gallery bank dashboard just shows the licensing info – I can’t see any albums or make any of the tabs go anywhere else.

Please advise – my client is not happy.
