Thank you for such a quick response. I am indeed impressed. I did what you suggested prior to posting…well, not using C panel. It has not helped at all. I have never had this problem before. After reading many of the other posts, it seems the version 4 is giving others some assorted problems. And I am certain that my limited computer knowledge is not a help at all. ?? Thank you so much for replying to me. My other concern is not being able to get the upgrades. I receive the same message: Unable to create directory.

I have just copied our correspondence and sent it to our host. When he gets back to me, I will send a reply to you. I really appreciate your thoughts on this!!!

I have checked with our host, and will talk to him again. We do have a daily back-up for the blog. What would have caused this? When the postings completely disappeared on Sunday, everything was back on Monday, as if by magic. With it happening again today, I am concerned and hope to find the cause of this. Thank you for your quick email…I actually didn’t expect any reply, so this is wonderful.
