Hi @hibans
Sorry, you’re still facing this issue.
Is it possible for you to temporarily deactivate all plugins except LifterLMS and see if the messages now appear? If it does, you may need to reactivate the plugins one after the other to figure out the conflicting plugin.
If it doesn’t, kindly switch to a default theme and let us know if this helps.
Let us know as soon as you can.
Regards,

Hi @pavelkoko
Thank you for sending that over.
As i said i use links to membership’s plan to register users. And as i see it uses not “Register” form from Forms menu, but “Billing information” form. And there is no Voucher field available in this form.
Are you saying you’re not seeing the Voucher code block as shown in this screenshot?
https://prnt.sc/ia1OA79IiH3PYou’ll only be able to see that voucher block on the register form which is the form that anyone who is not registered on your site would see.
If you give your users more voucher codes to enroll in other courses, then they can do that from their student dashboard as explained here: https://lifterlms.com/docs/use-lifterlms-voucher-system/
Let me know if this is what you’re asking.

Hi @hibans
Thank you for sending the System Report.
It seems you’re using an outdated version of the Astra theme. According to the report, you’re currently on Version 2.5.4 which was released 13th August, 2020 and the most recent version is version 3.7.9 which was released on the 3rd of March 2022.
Kindly update your Astra theme to the most recent version and let us know if this helps to fix the issue.

Hi @hibans
Glad you’ve been able to find the issue. However, I’m not seeing the same conflict on my test site. So this may be an issue with your environment.
Can you please send us your LifterLMS System Report?. This will allow us to check if there may be any conflicts with your setup.
Let us know as soon as you can.

Hi @dsrt16
Sorry, you’re facing this issue.
This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Could you please create a staging site and temporarily disable all plugins except LifterLMS and bbPress to see if this resolves it.
If it does, kindly re-enable your plugins one after the other to find out the conflicting plugin.
Let us know how it goes.

Hi there,
Thank you for the reply.
It seems your theme does not have LifterLMS Sidebar support. You can add this to your theme by following this guide: Adding LifterLMS Sidebar Support to your custom or third-party theme – LifterLMS
When that is done since you use Elementor(according to the email you sent to our support), I’ll suggest creating a course and lesson page template using Elementor and this should now allow your course and lesson pages to follow the design you’ve specified in Elementor.
There’s also a video guide that should help you with this process as well: (638) How To Save Time By Using Templates With LifterLMS + Elementor + Lifter Elements 2019 – YouTube
Let us know if this helps.

Hi @dsrt16
Thank you for reaching out to us.
This is likely because of the theme and not LifterLMS. LifterLMS simply gives you the functionality to create courses and memberships etc. However, your theme decides the styling.
At LifterLMS, we recommend using these themes: https://lifterlms.com/recommended-resources/#themes
You can also decide to use a page builder like Elementor or Divi. This will give you the opportunity to have more freedom in designing your courses or memberships.
Let us know if this helps.

Hi @pavelkoko,
Sorry you’re still facing this issue.
Can you please send us your LifterLMS System Report?
Use services like Imgur, Dropbox, or Pastebin to share screenshots, system reports, and logs. Remember that this is a public forum. If you don’t want your urls, server paths, and other potentially sensitive information posted publicly and archived indefinitely you should blur or remove this information from your logs and screenshots before posting.
Let us know as soon as you can.

In reply to: [LifterLMS - WP LMS for eLearning, Online Courses, & Quizzes] 500 ErrorHi @bwall22
Thank you for providing the System Report.
However, I don’t see any problems with this setup and everything should work well.
Were you able to create the staging site? Were you able to solve this using your staging site?
Let us know how it goes.
