Actually I am. I’m using a plugin called MailPoet which has its own SMTP and must be messing with it.

Thanks, that helped put the email in the message body but did not fix the reply-to. It’s funny, because I have the exact same setup on two other websites where it works fine.

Well the Preview button shows you a preview of the post, which may result in the same page display, but the URL is different, and it can’t be checked for validation, for example. It also can’t be copied and pasted or bookmarked as a regular post.

It was because of a bogus index.php located in the plugins folder. Deleted it and everything works.

You get “Cannot load index.php” if you immediately click “Dashboard”. Click somewhere else first (in the sidebar) then click “Dashboard”.

I also miss the “View Post” button. As it is now, there is no way to view the edited post as the “world sees it”. This is extremely unfortunate when trying to edit many posts at once in chronological order. You need to manually return to the edited post.

Any help for the above problem? Upgrading to 2.7 did not fix the problem. Seem no matter how many times I reupload the update files, I still have no dashboard. I also still get the above text string instead.

I am also experiencing a nonexistent dashboard. i am not aware that I have changed anything. This is what I get instead:
