Unistalled and reinstalled again.
The APi is connected and all other settings pages work. Its only the mailchimp-for-wp-forms page that isnt working.

I previously installed then uninstalled Mailchimp for WordPress. Is it possible that there are some files hanging about that need to be deleted.

Fixed – just a syntax error

Yes I tried that and switched back to Expound and now I can see everything. Thanks for your help.
