In the WP dashboard under settings > permalink and see what they are set too. I usually use the post name one.

Permalinks are the permanent URLs to your individual pages and blog posts, as well as your category and tag archives. A permalink is the web address used to link to your content. The URL to each post should be permanent, and never change —the name permalink.
There is a setting to change the link to the page or post

In order to get WAMP to fire up on my local machine I had to edit a few files and I forget which ones. Webmatrix my slow down your PC some but I used ti to build a joomla site and 5 wordpress sites.
