I can take a peak later, my office blocks the url here.

In the WP dashboard under settings > permalink and see what they are set too. I usually use the post name one.

Permalinks are the permanent URLs to your individual pages and blog posts, as well as your category and tag archives. A permalink is the web address used to link to your content. The URL to each post should be permanent, and never change —the name permalink.

There is a setting to change the link to the page or post

Has anyone ever used the backup/ clone plugins to move sites from local to dev?

Try webmatrix instead on your windows based PC.

Duplicator plugin looks good and it is free.

Did you look in the style.css file for any <h1> etc tags and see a line similar to this?

Try backup buddy(pay) or duplicator(free)

Contact godaddy that would be best. Do you have a backup of your blog?

Try microsoft web matrix if you are using a windows based pc. I use it for WordPress development on WIN8

If WAMP gives you any difficulties try microsoft webmatrix. In order to get WAMP to fire up on my local machine I had to edit a few files and I forget which ones. Webmatrix my slow down your PC some but I used ti to build a joomla site and 5 wordpress sites.

Have you had any assistance with this? Can you provide a link to the site?

Shawnette have you tried using duplicator or backup buddy to backup and or clone your site for future disaster recovery options?
