Hello. Your site looks great. Is there a simple way to replicate this plugin the way you have it?

I wouldn’t know where to start if I was attempting it myself. Should I try and find someone on elance or something? Do you freelance? Someone with a trained eye may look at it and see it’s actually a simple fix, I’m not sure. I just don’t see why it would be advertised to be capable of something if it really isn’t. I know my distributor calculates theirs with only weight, I’m pretty sure they don’t use woocommerce, though.

I’m just trying to calculate rates with only weight, no dimensions. I was told the extension is capable of that but, if I choose “pack into boxes,” the API aborts because there aren’t dimensions. If I choose “pack individually,” it calculates rates, but they are grossly inaccurate for anymore than one product. Every time I add a product to the cart, the rates basically double. I can’t just add dimensions either. I have a couple thousand products updated daily with an XML feed on multiple domains and none have dimensions.

I did. They’ve labeled it “resolved” even though it isn’t. They just sent a link to the table rate shipping extension

@max I’m having issues with the official WooCommerce UPS extension and having trouble getting help. I’ve tried customer support, yet I still don’t even know if it is a problem on my end that can be fixed, or a problem with the extension itself that I can’t do anything about. I desperately need help. This is the one issue keeping me from going live. Could I PM or email you and tell you what’s happening and maybe you’ll have an idea of how to proceed?
