I dont think a video would help, because the issue is as I described. When you change the quantity to the values above, the shippingcost changes.

I also deactivated the Theme, all Plugins and its still the same.

The total is 58€ = no shippingcost, so you it shows you two shipping options.

The total is over 100€ = Shippingcost. Shows shipping cost, without the free shipping option.
