got it, and there is no workaround to enable some type of form on the free version I use WP Forms if it makes a difference and Newsletter by Stefano Lissa & The Newsletter Team.

well, that does make some sense, I guess I think there should be a way on the free version to embed a form to collect visitor information versus needing the paid version.

on the FAQ for WP Maintenance it says; “Is WP Maintenance compatible with all plugins and theme? Yes it is. You can use it with any theme and any plugins.”

Based on your response it would indicate the line item for your FAQ is incorrect. I plan on buying a team license and eventually the agency just… to get this to work how I envisioned doesn’t sound like an option.

Where can I find details on the type of forms that can be displayed?

for example on the site, if we could control the number of rows, we could have the items in the widget line up properly.
